1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Mendwell website and the services we provide. By visiting this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, we are very happy to talk them through with you before you proceed.

References to "Mendwell", "we", "us" or "our" mean Mendwell, operating from 208 Si Chan Road, Mueang, Khon Kaen 40000, Thailand.

2. Nature of Our Services

Mendwell provides communication facilitation and general educational services for families. Our work falls into three categories:

• Open Conversation Sessions — facilitated spaces where family members can speak openly with the support of a neutral facilitator.
• Everyday Family Seminars — educational sessions covering general communication topics on a non-advisory basis.
• Ongoing Family Support Plans — a multi-session programme combining facilitated conversations, educational materials and assistance organising personal family documents.

Our services are entirely non-advisory. We do not provide professional, legal, psychological, financial or any other regulated advice. Nothing we say or share should be taken as a substitute for guidance from a suitably qualified professional. We make no representations about outcomes.

3. Eligibility and Participation

Our services are open to adults aged 20 and over. Participants under the age of 20 may attend only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also be present or formally approve participation in advance.

By taking part in our services, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily, that you understand the non-advisory nature of what is offered, and that you will treat all other participants with courtesy and respect.

4. Bookings and Fees

Session fees are displayed on our website and confirmed at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received or an alternative arrangement has been agreed with us in writing. We will send a confirmation message by email or phone once a booking is in place.

We reserve the right to adjust our fees with reasonable notice. Any price change will not affect confirmed bookings already paid for.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:

• More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
• 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund, or you may reschedule once without an additional fee.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or non-attendance: the session fee is non-refundable.

If we need to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or a rescheduled date at your convenience.

6. Confidentiality

We treat everything shared during sessions with the utmost discretion. Our facilitators do not discuss the content of sessions outside the Mendwell team, except where we are required to do so by Thai law.

We ask all participants to extend the same courtesy to one another. Personal matters shared during a session should remain within that space.

7. Conduct

We ask all participants to engage with openness and respect. We reserve the right to end a session or withdraw from a booking without refund if a participant behaves in a way that is abusive, threatening or disruptive toward any other participant or member of our team.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, layout, graphics and educational materials — belongs to Mendwell or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt any of it without our prior written agreement, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Mendwell's total liability for any claim arising from our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or service to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or for any outcome that results from decisions made following your participation in our non-advisory services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. External Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
